Smoking - Allowed Outside Only
The Maui Home accommodates up to 10 adults and has on site parking for a maximum of two vehicles.
Quiet hours are between the hours of 9pm and 8am and are strictly enforced.
The caretakers live next door.
All rooms have flat screen color TVs
The Master Bedroom upstairs has a King size bed and private bath with jacuzzi tub.
The two other bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds and share a second bathroom.
The one bedroom downstairs has a King size bed and there is a separate den with a connecting third bathroom.
The Upstairs apartment has a living area with wet bar and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and adjacent fourth bathroom.
All bedrooms, den and living areas have flat screen TV's.
Full and twin size futon, as well as air mattresses are available for kids.
Linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
All bathrooms have a blow dryer.
There is a crib, stroller, playpen, hi-chair, booster seat, etc.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage and in the downstairs closet there is an ironing board/iron.
The house will have a start up supply of paper products upon check-in.
The salt water pool and jacuzzi are maintained on a weekly basis.
There is wireless high speed internet access (just bring your own computer) and free unlimited long distance calls to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
To Confirm: We will hold a reservation with a credit card number (MasterCard of Visa)
Security Deposit: In the event of any damage, your credit card will be used in lieu of a security deposit.
Payment: 50% at least 90 days in advance.
Balance: at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Checks should be made payable to Trinity Reservations.
MasterCard and Visa accepted with a 5% convenience fee.
